"This was a very complicated site with numerous level changes, large retaining walls, varying ground conditions, a Natural England Bat License/ Mitigation Strategy to follow and a culvert running through the full length of the site.
There were also a number of buildings that were Listed and needed to be retained for future redevelopment, some of which were connected to buildings to be demolished. We also encountered a number of unforeseen issues during the project. This was all managed and dealt with very well by Pennine Demolitions Ltd.
The approach to Health and Safety was very good which was of major importance to Kier Ventures."
